I had been wanting to get Adalee's haircut, so while in PA we decided to have a girl's day out. We dropped the boys off at the Ulrich's house and headed into town. Grammy got her nails done, Adalee got her hair cut and nails painted and even Mommy got her hair cut and nails done. I couldn't believe how well Adalee did. She loved all the attention and making her nails sparkly. Her only concern was that when we cut her hair she would turn into a boy. She asked several times that if we cut her hair would she be a boy. We kept trying to explain it to her. We assured they would only cut a little and that she wouldn't look like the boys when she was done.

After our trip to the beauty shop, we headed to Olive Garden for a girls' lunch. We had a really fun day. I see many more of these in our future.
